Maple Holistics Shampoo and Conditioner Review

Hello, beauties.  The last time we talked about shampoo was a bummer.  So let me brighten your day.  I corresponded with a lovely CS rep from Maple Holistics who sent me some lovely travel sized samples to review.

First, since it was such a hot button last time, let's talk SMELL.  Delicious.  These beauties smelled like a forest and very much reminded me of the luscious smell of the Beaver Lake Nature Center near my family's home Upstate in the fall.  It was delicious.  They smelled like pine needles and lavender... and I will admit that the smell alone left me luxuriating in the shower for an extra 20 minutes.

So, shampoo first, right?  This particular shampoo was called "Hydrate" moisture control shampoo.  The formula is Lavendar to soften blemishes resulting from dry scalp, preventing infections, not to mention to smell delicious.  It also contains carrot and parsley seeds for high levels of carotene to rejuvenate and regenerate skin tissues and promote cell growth, remove toxic build up, and improve skin.  Last but not lease shining characteristic is silk peptide.  These 18 silk amino acids basically will make your hair unfairly soft like my wonderful sample stealing boyfriend's.

The shampoo lathered right up and a little went a long way.  It was a super thick lather and the smell was simply intoxicating.  This is the PERFECT shampoo for those who get nostalgic for the autumn.

The conditioner comes next and continues the relaxing scent.  It was exceptionally creamy and again, a little goes a long way.  The formula for this one includes the same silk proteins as well as botanical keratin.  The conditioner didn't leave my hair feeling slimy or coated, it just left it clean and soft.  It was so refreshing to wash my hair and actually have it feel washed and just soft, instead of gunked up and gross.

As far as hair care goes, Maple Holistics really does it right and I would recommend their products to absolutely everyone.  Stand by for an update about Will's opinions as well as my mother's.

Until then, you can easily go to www.mapleholistics.com and shop around yourself!  I don't just encourage it, but honestly seriously recommend it.
